I also get these lumps from time to time. They appear after I shave down there and they always seem to go away within a few days, usually 3-5.
Most times they have pus in them and can be popped, so I'm putting it down to in grown hair seeing as these are very painful to touch. Glad to know I'm not the only one haha.

i too have a painful lump in the same area, I thought it might be a hemoroid, but after looking at googled pics of "roids" I pretty sure this is not a "roid". I think its more of a infected pimple. Have any of you noticed inguineal( groin) swelling ?

I have the same thing which is in the same place its the size of a golf ball very painful and red... I have been given antibiotics for this, last time i had one wasnt quiet as big and it went, seen my gp and she has said that it is better for it to just go away on its own nothing wil get rid of these permantly and can reoccur.

Hey, I am 19 years old, never had sex, and I don't shave in that area at all. I found a lump in the area between my anus and vagina about the size of a marble. It hurts when I go to the washroom, touch it, or sit in specific positions. I know it is not an ingrown hair. I have had it for almost 6 months, and while sometimes it appears smaller, and doesn't hurt as much, it is still there. I have scheduled a doctors appointment in two days. When I get my results I will tell you all. I have to admit that with so many cancer victums in my family, I am very scared. I also don't want the doctor to look down there. I really hope he doesn't.

I actually thought it was a block hair too until i realized that nothing was coming out when i squeeze it. What should I do about this? I haven't had for long but i'm not sure if i should wait something this odd out.

I am 23 years old. A few days ago I began being constipated(never been before) Well I guess I strained to hard or something and I began to feel like a popped something out of place between my vagina and anus. It hurt to sit down and sometimes walk and especially getting out of bed in the morning. I started taking metamucil to help with the constipation. A few days later(yesterday) I noticed pus coming from my anus. I freaked out. I went to an emergency care place the next morning and they did a rectal exam, blood/urine tests and x-rays. Everything was fine and they said it was an ingrown hair that got infected and then drained on its own. They put me on Bactrim for a week and we will see how it goes. I noticed it basically kept draining over night and today barely anything comes out at all. It also feels a lot better than it did. They told me to put hot compresses on it 3 times a day for 15 mins then wash with antiseptic soap(which I don't have yet so for today I will use antibacterial) and then put gauze over it. I really hope this helps. I got very scared. I'm still nervous even though they gave me the okay. I can't use Epsom salt because of the metamucil...Epsom salt upsets the lining of the intestines. I think I will do warm table salt water washes as well. I hope this helps anyone with this problem!!!! I still suggest you go to the doctor!

I'm 18 and pregnant. I have the same thing. Its kinda hard and ovalish shaped it hurts to walk and sit. I have tried to massage it and I have tried to ice and heat it. It started Friday and its Monday it hasn't grown in size just in pain. Idk what to do. Can anyone help?

Yes I have that, I'm 13 and I have never had sex (duh) but I have also never shaved "down there" and y'all have so I don't know if it's the same but it HURTS a lot and it's about the size of a jelly bean...
