Guys im freaking out. I dont have any of that. I dont have a visible pimple on the crack nor any cuts but it hurtssss to sit. And it feels like it is beneath my skin. Its hard, youre not able to push in. And its more of a quarter size bump more on the left side of my crack. Its soooo painful. Would this be a cyst too? Even though theres no visible evidence of it.

I think I have the same thing. I don't know when I got it or how I got it but it has been here for a while and it hurts when I walk, sit lay down. I can't go to a doctor because I am only 13 and I can't drive myself. I told my mom but she said just to take a warm bath and some ib profen, but I am staying at my grandparents and they don't have ib profen and the warm bath didn't really help. I thought it would because before I took a bath I put ice on it but that did absolutely nothing. After reading all of these stories has got me worried that I light have a cyst or something else that is really terrible my mom thinks I am over reacting but what if I need a surgery and I don't get one then what? Will it spread? Or will I might never be able to walk again? What should I do should I give up or keep telling my mom that I need to see a doctor?

I have the same exact problem. I going to consult a doctor soon but I put Ric's VapoRub on it and take strong pain killers ( the pain is still there but barely when I take them ). But do this after a hot/warm bath. I've seen it get smaller but it also keeps rising up my butt crack as well...

I have the same problem i went to the doctor and was told it was a skin infection called cellulitis they provided me with an antibiotic called Bactrim DS 800-160 and told me to take ibuprofen for the pain i just started taking it about two days ago the ibuprofen isn't working for the pain and my butt looks like it getting worse. The doctor told me if i finish the bactrim and it doesnt get better to come back. If your having this problem please go see a doctor if you dont have a doctor go to the emergency room because it can get more painful and spread.

Man I went to the walk in clinic he said I don't see anything my back and my crack was so swelled up I couldn't sit or hardly do anything it hurt bad bad I put a heating pad on it last night l was about to go to the emergency room and it popped I bet I got a coffee cup full of puss and blood that sh*t was every were So try a heating pad

I have the same problem, I have had it for 2 years on and off. to make it come to a head earlier I put Deep heat cream on it yes it does sting a bit. I only after do it for 2 or 3 days and then its gone until the next time. Should go to the doctors really its a pain in the butt though.
