So for three days now, when I pee it hurts so bad I cry. The pain goes all the way up to my lower abs. I'm also having brown mucus bloody clots when I pee. And back pains. What's wrong with me?

Sounds like a urinary tract infection. Symptoms of UTI are not easy to miss and include a strong urge to urinate that cannot be delayed, which is followed by a sharp pain or burning sensation in the urethra when the urine is released. Most often very little urine is released and the urine that is released may be tinged with blood. The urge to urinate recurs quickly and soreness may occur in the lower abdomen, back, or sides.

Try to begin each day with a glass of warm water with the juice of one small lemon squeezed into it. Lemon juice changes the PH of the blood and urinary tract so that the opportunistic bacteria are less able to proliferate. Urinary tract infections thrive on a damp and acidic environment. Lemons (unlike other citrus fruits) have an alkalising effect on the body. Cranberry juice helps as well. You should see a doctor and get prescriptions to avoid a worse condition if things continues. Herbal medicine diuretic and anti-inflammatory pill also works very well, you may google it and have a look. Hope it helps, good luck!
