I get pains all over body and I am suffering from gas. I get muscle spasms all the time. I have put on 20 lbs in the past year now and I weigh 170 lbs. I am 28 yrs old.


I also have a numbness in my left arm.

My pains are all over.

Please ltell me what this could be.
