Hi, im wondering if anyone can help me. when i go to the toilet i have really bad pains in my anus and feel like im going to pass out. this happens every time i go. sometimes there is blood. I dont want to go to the doctors because im too shy. has anyone got or had the same problem? can you please help. thankyou.
