I have fainted 4 times in the past few months. Only one of the four times was someone there but even then he wasn't sure how long I was out. He guessed anywhere from 3-7 minutes but he didn't see me go down so he doesn't know four sure.  Once I judged the time by an email I had written shortly before hand. It was about 8 minutes I think. I had an x-ray on my chest and  no abnormalities were spotted. My blood pressure was low on my first appointment but it usually is.  I don't have any warning signs that this is about to happen although I sometimes get very dizzy & light headed without fainting. Could this be an inner ear infection?
