I've found this message board really reassuring. It sounds like the pea-sized bumps are Batholin cysts, but definitely everyone should go get checked to be sure-- I thought I would add as a woman with HPV that I don't THINK the two are related. I've had HPV for years with no symptoms other than occasional abnormal paps. I asked my gyno once if the pea-sized lump was a genital wart, and she said that I wouldn't have to ask if it were (apparently, they can be quite painful). In any case, it's so great to have a support system like this-- I'm definitely more at ease!!
