Hello! So I have this rash on my penis, and I suppose I should ask around about it because I have just started to think about it again. I am thirteen years old and not sexually active, but I went on an italy trip about six months ago and when i got back I noticed the rash. I am not sure if it was there before the trip to italy or not. But I will describe it. I am uncut and the rash is on the end of my foreskin, not my glans. And they are very small little dots that almost look like warts, they are not red or anything, they are the same color as the rest of my foreskin. They do not hurt to touch and they do not itch or anything. They honestly dont affect me in any way, but I want to know what they are. I do not have this rash anywhere else on my body. Could I have gotten Herpes from Italy? Please help me figure out what they are!

Hey dude. Im 14 And i have the same thing. Except heres the different thing with you and me. I have a herpes simplex virus of the mouth. Cold sores. I have medication for it called valtrex. This is also used to treat genetile herpes(std) and shingles (a painful disease). When i noticed the rash on my foreskin, i tried taking my dose of valtrex 2x a day. Nothing changed. I dont think you have herpes, nor do i. But i cant diagnose you or myself, so keep a watchful eye and dont be afraid to tell your doc. Take it easy.

Hey. Ive been looking and i think your and my problem could be excima. Have you had any sunburn or oily foods ? Have you eaten any nut-products? Hope this helps
