I have had the same problem for 3-4 years dood. I have been tested for anything and everything under the sun, ALL negative. The Doc literally said, "I can find nothing wrong, you have a clear prognosis". Every time I have an orgasm there's burning when I urinate for up to 7 days. My kidneys look great, prostate is super healthy, I have no STD's and my urine has been tested a billion times for UTI, but nothing. I hate this! it kills the quality of my life, as I am constantly thinking about it. And I bomb when it comes to woman because I am afraid they will think I'm some freak because of this issue. No medical treatment/advice has helped, they appear to b as clueless as me!

I have similar problems, with burning after passing urine or semen. My doctor refuse to test me for ureaplasma but I will change doctor until I found someone is willing to test for it. I have had these problems for 3 mouth now.

For a few months, I was having a similar problem to what you guys experienced/are experiencing.
Went to a dodgy massage parlour and got a not-so-happy ending(Hand relief). The burning on my glans started immediately, and continued with me through many courses of anti-biotics, anti-fungal medication and STD and Urine analysis tests all of which came negative(I had 2 rounds of tests, one a month after the initial symptom). Tried everything and was getting super frustrated, got to the extent of even praying to God for a solution. In the process of praying, an idea popped into my head.
My Dad always kept a tube of Surfaz-SN cream on his bedside table, maybe he has a sensitivity that I inherited? Luckily I had a tube lying around with me. Applied it on my penis at night and woke up without the burning or it is atleast reduced to the point where I am comfortable. Can you imagine my relief from this spectre!?
Surfaz on the side says "Triple action cream: Anti-bacterial, anti-fungal and anti-inflammatory", so I am not sure what the cause was, but the cream took care of it. Do note that this specific cream is made and sold in India, but if you ask your GP for an equivalent in whatever country you are, it may be helpful to many who experienced something similar to me.
Just to be sure, I am including the active ingredients noted on the packaging below:
Clotrimazole IP - 1%
Beclomethasone Dipropionate IP 0.025%
Neomycin Sulphate 0.5%
Cream Base
Preservatives:
Methyl Paraben IP 0.15%
Propyl Paraben IP 0.08%
I hope this helps you as it has helped me. Please note that Surfaz may not be able to solve everyone's problem, but atleast it seems that it should help a few if not many. Please check with your GP before applying any cream or at the least make sure that you're not allergic to any ingredients by testing on another part of your body first.
Best of luck and best of health to all of you!
