PENIS BURNING AFTER URINATION, STD TEST NEGATIVE

Here sitting with the same problem, Just out of curiosity did you ever find out the answer to your problem ,

If you're asking me then no it's been almost a year and still noone can tell me what the problem is.. What are your symptoms?

Hello, everyone. I dont have any answers... I just wanted to share my story.  I'm 27 years old.

 

Last December, I had unprotected sex for the first time with a very unattractive coworker due to the fact that I was drunk and desperate. We werent having sex long... after about 10 strokes, I had a moment of clarity and realized how risky this was and pulled out. Afterwards, she gave me oral sex for about a half an hour and I didn't come.   After I took her home, I came home and just passed out without washing my penis. I was incredibly tired as it was like 4AM. That was my second mistake. I should have scrubbed my penis down to remove all of the vaginal residue.

Two days later, my penis started swelling up slightly and turned a bright red. Two more days later (christmas!) I started having a slight burn in my urethra while urinating. I didnt think much of it.. I thought I got some shampoo in there. I have felt this feeling before, so I decided to wait it out.  Another week later, the burning got REAL BAD. My urine stream weakened. I started ejaculating in a VERY low volume. Even if  I waited three days and did not masturbate, the volume was STILL low. I started getting these sharp jabbing pains around my pelvis. My penis started itching. I raced to the emergency room.  Told the doctor everything and he thought it was gonorrhea or chlamydia. After hearing his whole "safe sex!" rant, he asked me to pee in a cup for urinalysis and gave me a shot in the arm and told me to swallow four pink pills (the treatment for gonnorrhea).

 

Returned home, everything seemed fine. My urine was clear for the first time in weeks and I had NO PAIN.  Couple days later, I was confirmed negative for Gonorrhea and Chlymydia. Another week goes by. The pain comes BACK. Went to another emergency room. They talked UTI, epididymitis, prostatitus, STDs, everything. They gave me doxycycline and sent me on my way.  Waited a week, the antibiotics made my urine smelly (like fish) but did nothing.  Got put on Bactrim -- same result. Out of nowhere, my left arm, thumb and index finger goes numb. I PANIC.

Got and went to a new doctor.  She examined my prostate. Nothing. Sent me to get another STD test. I saw that she had HIV and Herpes on the list.... and honestly I was and STILL AM scared out of my mind to get tested for those.  I pray to GOD that they aren't whats causing me this pain. Anyway, I suffer in silent anguish for months, beating myself up for being so stupid. Wishing I could go back in time and kick her out my house when I couldnt get an erection. That must have been a sign from the universe.. and I missed it.

 

I.AM.IN.PAIN.

Eventually, last week arrives (we're approaching the YEAR mark of this) and I muster enough courage to go to the free clinic and get tested for Gonorrhea and Chlamydia again. Got the swab in the penis, and the doctor says I have Gonnorhea. That's impossible, I think as I've been confirmed negative multiple times.  He gives me the shot and four pills I mentioned earlier again and I instantly feel better. The uretha pain is not as intense, but it's still there. The pain is slightly fading.   Went back today and guess what? 

"You tested negative for Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, Syphallis"

JEEEEZZ.

I'm running out of options here. I'ma see if I can get tested for Trich next.  Then maybe see a urologist. Maybe it's just a fungus? NGU? Thrush? Yeast Infection? NO ONE KNOWS. Man, these doctors are so incompetent. 

Alot of people try to say that we're anxious, that its all in our minds, but that's crazy. We all got these symptoms after having unprotected sex with a female. Why can't anyone properly diagnose us? I'm tired of dealing with this.

I want to start having sex again ( I havent had sex since last december) but I'm scared that I'll pass whatever this is to another woman. I have some cranberry pills and alot of water, so I'ma see if I can flush this thing out, whatever it may be.

Everyone, would you all agree that as time progresses, the symptoms are less severe? Could we just have a waiting game on our hands?

 

I WISH EVERYONE the best of luck. This has been the most painful year of my life. I pray that whatever's happening to us is curable. 

I know I learned my lesson with this... I will NEVER have unprotected sex EVER AGAIN.

 

 

Hey bro our situations are very similar.. It's been almost a year for me as well and I've had nothing but problems ever since, and I never had sex, this was all from oral! I have seen 10+ specialists and all have given me no answers, I've even traveled to another state and it was a waste of time basically. I've had all the tests done, blood, urine, swab and everything turns out negative yet I still have symptoms every day of my life. They said it's in my head and all I wanna do is punch them in theirs. I wish hope and pray that this will go away in time but idk anymore seeing how it's been a year and I still have these symptoms. I'm trying to remain positive but it's tough. The main symptoms I have still are 1. irritation/redness at the tip of the penis 2. testicle pain (mostly left side) 3. white/clear discharge (mostly when I have a big bowel movement 4. Cold genitals, mostly head of penis and testicles (like a dogs wet nose or if you just got out of the pool, which no doctor has ever heard of). Have you had any of these symptoms? Have you talked with that girl since you started having the symptoms? There's just so many questions and I haven't got 1 answer, it's just so frustrating. It seems like a lot of guys have been getting this from girls and the girls don't even know they have anything wrong or seem to know about this at all. Oh and I was also getting sharp stabbing pains as well but in the head of my penis but I haven't had those in months. That was for about a month and it was horrible.. Did you ever get that there?

Doctor D, did you get my last post? Have you had any luck beating this problem or can you help me get rid of this please? We last talked about a month ago and I haven't seen a message back from you.

has anyone on here been tested for allergies? my son who is now 20 has also been having the burning w/ urination for over a year now. took him to 3 family doctors and 2 urologist ,he has been tested for everything under the sun and still no answers. the last urologist thinks it is also in his head which really angers me. so many of you on this blogg have this issue it cant just be in a phycological issue. i am going to try another urologist, and a holistic doctor , i an allergist to have him tested for allergies....im at a loss. all we can do is keep trying . dont give up guys.someone out there has to have an answer. ill post what we find out . good luck

I had the stabbing pains too. It went away after a while, though. Also, I did contact the girl. I mentioned my discomfort, and calmly asked her if she got tested and she get got ANGRY. She was like : "I GET TESTED ALL OF THE TIME!" " **** YOU!!!!!" " I HAVE NO DISEASES!" "NEVER TALK TO ME AGAIN!!!!" Incredibly childish. Doesn't bother me though -- I never want to see her again, of course.

The only thing I have now is a sore penis head and burning urination. Everything else has went away. One thing I did notice though is if I squeeze my penis head or masturbate the pain gets even worse, which makes me think that this is some kind of damage. All the common STDs came back negative for me. Like I mentioned before, I didnt have sex with her long, but she did give me oral for like an half an hour. I'm guessing she accidentally tore something with her teeth?

Mystery007, have you been tested for Trichomoniasis?

I will check this thread regularly. Hopefully you all do the same. If we put all of our minds together, we could definitely figure this out. Hopefully sooner than later, because I'm getting many girls interested in me lately.

Cranberrytime, I can't recall, I've been tested so many times and nothing comes back positive which is good and bad.. Good cuz I'm clean, bad cuz I still don't know what it is.. It's been a year for me now.. What is trichomoniasis? And yes I believe we can all figure this out but we have to work together. There is no way that I can see 10+ specialists that have "over 30 years of experience" and none can figure it out which actually has been my case. So even if it isn't some kind of std, it's obviously real and not in my head. I just don't see how 300 years of doctors experience can't figure this out.. I have those symptoms u have except I also have a white/clear discharge with a big bowel movement only and left testicle pain. Do you or have you had any of those? And I don't think it would be allergies kdcisme.. Is your son sexually active? Did he notice these symptoms after sexual relations? We gotta figure this out guys!

Trich is another STI caused by parasites. I doubt you have it though since you said you received oral mostly. No discharge from me. But I will say that the symptoms have subsided whenever I took the treatment for Gonnorhea. Even though I never had it. Maybe it is some sort of bacteria, who knows. Maybe we could start backwards? What type of bacteria forms in a person's mouth? Hmmm..

I've been reading these forums for a year, trying to find out what my problem was. I'm finally getting some relief I think. I hope this will help someone on here. I am married, 40 yr old. I had a one night stand with a divorced woman I met at a bar, while out of town on business. Within a couple days I began having burning and frequent urination. I went to doc and was tested negative for std's. However I knew I had caught something from her. The doc said no sex for a week until the antibiotics were gone. It started feeling better and thought it was going away. I had to confess to my wife after the symptoms started to return. Of course she was pissed but thats a whole nother story. Over the course of a year I was tested for all the STDs about 6 or 7 more times, costing me thousands. All negative results, and all the antibiotics helped but it always came back after the treatment. 6 months later, I also had other symptoms. Eye infections, pain in testicles and lower back, nerve pain in arm and feet, muscle soreness, weakness and was very depressed. I talked to my wife about my symptoms, she had no symptoms at all but was frustrated with my busted sex drive.I wound up at a Urologists after symptoms became unbearable. They prescribed Cipro for 4 weeks for prostatitis, but all neg test results, and the doctors kept telling me it wasn't a STD. I spent countless hours searching the web for clues but all I read were similar stories with no answers. Just a few days ago I finally a found a clue! "Mycoplasma Genetaliam". I did some research on it and took it to my Doctor. I couldn't believe that none of the Doctors or Nurses had ever heard of this. They checked it out and agreed that this could be my problem. The test was going to be very expensive, so they just prescribed a 2-week of 250mg Azythromycin for both of us. The thing about this stuff is that, most STD antibiotics wont kill it. And it doesn't show up in normal testing. Females sometimes have no symptoms, but males may or may not. I may have partially killed it at times but was re-infected by my own wife who I infected, yet was being told that I had NO STDS. Im on my 3rd day of antibiotics now and the symptoms are lessening. I really hope this will end mine and yours suffering. But it goes to show, that Doctors just don't know everything like they think they do. I will post in a few days to update my progress.

Hey I'm glad someone wrote back on here! I have similar symptoms plus different ones, been on azythromycin for 5 days I believe and I had no relief.. Was I on it for too little of time? I've been on a ton of antibiotics but no relief yet and it's been 14 months.. Please write back on here as I am needing to get rid of this problem

Coconut water clears your kidneys,but if you drink a lot if water , is the same thing.I drink so much water that my urine is transparent, like water.My penis burns sometimes when I don't drink a lot of water before sleeping and I sleep for 12 hours or so and then urine after I wake up .When I don't drink a lot of water for a period of 4 hours my urine becomes yellow again but not dark yellow so it still doesn't burn . I suggest that you drink more water , especially when you work out.

No doctor knows everything . I'm 15 years old and I never had unprotected sex . But sometimes my penis burns, especially when I don't much water before sleeping an I sleep for many hours (12 or so) and then I urine and it burns for like 5-8 minutes.

How's it going with the new prescription?
