I have had this burning after unprocted sex for a couple years, and every thing checks out fine. the burning is always there, from mid shaft to the tip. It does not not get worse when I urinate. After a couple days my sides and my testicles begin to hurt. It usually starts almost immediatly after intercourse. I am positive it has something to do with vaginal secretions. This never happens with a condom, but as soon as i do it without a condom it happens. And the doctors are full of it when that say its in your head. I have proven this is the case with at least five different women over the years. Yes they are all clean women, they have all tested negative for the usually STD's. My doctor says it prostatitis, and it is caused by the act of having sex. So I ask how come it does not happen with a condom, after all you still performing the act of sex, with the condom on. They just don't get it. And my prostate is usually fine (not swollen). Anyway when this happens he usually priscribes ciprofloxin 250mg for 10 days which takes care of the problem. But the only way to avoid this is to use a condom, which sucks.

I've been feeling the same thing.....before it was just during urinating then it stops.....the burning feeling from the inside is usually gone after.....Now it sticks for over 10min. I only had sex with the wife.....I'm getting kinda worried, I'm planning on seeing a doctor, symptoms started about 2 weeks ago....I'll what happens within the next few days. I took some of the old antibiotics given to me for strep, hopefully it does the job....

I get this too. No medical explanation though I have asked.
The only thing I can recommend is drinking an passing A LOT of water. Drinking a few pints can clear you in about 30 mins.

I had this problem as well, seemed to share virtually all the symptoms discussed in this thread (though not all). I did have an irritation in my penis, not during urination but generally afterwards and usually just a general pain and urge to urinate when none was present. My doc thought it was a urinary tract infection (though these are much rarer in males) and gave me anti-biotics to clear it up. Unfortunately, these anti-biotics had a tendency to cause kidney stone development in those prone...my doctor failed to recognize that I'd had kidney stones about 4 years ago when I was 20 years old.
It turned out that the sum of my symptoms was indeed another kidney stone, and the medication did nothing to help that. I (once again) experienced the worst pain I can possibly imagine, and had to be hospitalized. I wanted to share this so that anyone with similar symptoms as the ones expressed on this page could get themselves checked out in advance to experiencing this affliction. Drink plenty of water, we don't do nearly enough of that, so stay nice and hydrated out there.
For whatever reason, my pain seemed at its worst in the morning, and I had an urge to urinate but no urine to pass. This was most likely due to my blockage from the stone...I'm not saying this is the cause of the pain, but hopefully this can help some other confused soul out there. Godspeed everyone, this isn't fun and I feel your pain.

I am going back to the DR again this week. I will suggest a kidney stone test since really, that is the only thing I have not been checked for. My problem as somewhat changed in that before it did not hurt to cum, now it does. I guess we will see, will keep you posted.

Wow, I'm in the same boat....I pissed last week and it burned very bad during the urination. I have since been to the doctor and Emergency Room. Every test came back negative. My pain comes and goes. Sometimes it hurts to pee, other times it doesn't and then I think everything is going back to normal....Then out of the blue the pain is back.
I am calling my doctor tomorrow and going back to see what we can find.

hi, im a 16 years old teen. I have the same problem, and i think the problem start when i started to drink sodas. before i started to eat healthy. everythings fine. after i ate healthy for a month and started to drank sodas. my thing started to burn at night and after an hour or something, is fine. maybe tis could help you. btw, tell to drink a lot of water.

I figured that is becasue i drink too much sodas. and at night, it started to hurt. i started to drink alot of water, but it didn't seem like it helped. once, i took tylenol and try to sleep, when i woke up, everything's fine. i think that thing hurts because i started to eat healthy for a month and then started to drink soda, tahts y it hurts. This is most likly thrush. You can get it when you are a virgin and can be passed between partners. Get some caneston duo and this should cure it :-D
