i would like to share to you my experiences.
Up until few days ago I was experiencing the same pain as all of you might have,burning, pain at the tip. I had all the STD tests and it all turned out negative. But it contained 1 very inportant piece of information "Bacterial colonies formed on argar plate" This means that it was a bacterial infection. What I am trying to say is that the doc might be going off on the wrong foot.
If it is a bacterial infection he would prescribesyou antibiotics, take it 3 times a day, the first 3 days you might not feel any effect/different but keep going and do not forget to take the medicine as bacteria might form resistance to antibiotics, also even after you think you are cured and the pain is gone continue to take it for another 2 days for safe measures.
ps: in ths period try not to wank or have sex =D

maybe you all just have either a urinary tract infection, or some level or a kidney infection.. the U.T.I is less common in males than in females, but it certainly can happen especially if the girl you've slept with had a U.T.I at the time of the intercourse. Maybe you could bring that up to your Dr.

Well I am in the same situation as this person. They have tested for everything all is negative. I have had most of these antibiotics which seemed to make me feel a bit better but no cure. I will add that my rectum does not "feel" normal as going number two is now different. I am so sick of this!

I dont know what is the problem with me, I get the burning, itch feeling after weight lifting, soda with caffine, coffie, spice, etc for over 6 years, now it just burns contenually. I have been going and talking with my docter about these pains and has prescribed 3 medication that 1 was antibiatics, the other was for bladder and one was urinary pain which didnt do much. Anyone help?

The same thing happened to me i mean my friend......he had sex with his girlfriend for the first time and she has had previous plowfests. my weiner hurts everytime i urinate and there was yellow secretion off the tip of his penis. any help for my friend would be appreciated.

i had the same urination pain problem. doc suspested it as bacterial infection. i took a course of 4 weeks antiobitoics but to no avail.
recently i suspeested it as yeast infection. what i did was went on a yeast infection diet. helps me somewaht. the diet consists of 65 % raw vegetables. i wold suggest try alot of greens. i think what we are having in a inbalance of diet and thus inflamations r purging in. reduce alcohold and sugar to zero. and erercise ..do candovascular exercises a good 30 minutes even if its a light one. try oregano oil pills 3 times daily for 2 weeks. cant say i recovered but i see much improvements than taking the antibiotics. could be somehting else. and reduce sex and let it rest a good 3 weeks. do it just once a week a light play to remove any bacterial out of u. thanx

I've had this problem off and on since puberty, and since discovering masturbation and sex. After either or, sometimes it burns, and from what I know off hand, a lot of sodas contain citric acid and caffeine, both of which I ingest from one thing or another on the daily.
This makes urine acidic.
After masturbation or sex, especially rigorous or copious amounts of either, you can sometimes end up with irritation or a micro-tear on the head of the penis.
Compare a micro-tear to a paper cut, and irritation to a burning rash.
Does it feel good to have a lemon or orange juice squeezed onto either? I would hope not, as that would be odd.
So, the most obvious thing I can think of, is, you might be irritated or torn a bit down there, and having just urinated, just got urine in the cut or rash.
I have, personally, found an awkward, yet formidable, way to fight this off.
simply fill a cup of water up and dunk the tip of your penis in, leave it there for a little bit, pull it out, then repeat. Hopefully that'll help. if not, my only other option to tell you is buy a medical icepack (usually found at pharmaceutical areas in department stores) and drop that down your pants whenever it really starts to bug you.

I have the same symptoms which started the same day that I had unprotected sex. I noticed that the girl had a really unpleasant odor which was also on my penis. It was souch a sour smell that I immediately took a shower to clean it off. I am sure this is a bacteria thing, but I do not know how to get rid of it. About 10 years ago, I had the same/similar thing and the doctor gave me antibiotics which ultimately got rid of it, but it took several weeks. The doctor said it is a timely process to get antibiotics into the infected area, since the body absorbes the antibiotics in the pills, and it takes a while for the drugs to make their way through the urine to the infected area.
It seems to go away for a few hours, but then it is back after urination. I am trying to avoid the doctor this time, but I think I am fighting a losing battle. I have read cranberry juice is good, and also eatin gyogurt and cottage chees which relenish the "good" bacteria. They say avoid antibiotic soaps which kill the "good" bacteria and do nothing for the bad bacteria which is the culprit. It is too bad they don't make a "general" antibiotic that could be bought on the shelf. Doctors and the "necessary" tests are so expensive!

I got burnng while urinating few days ago. Got antibiotics but didn't help. I think is something mechanic. The condom was quite tight on my penis and I probably had sex too rough too. So the urethra got compressed. Hope will go soon, not a nice sensation. I will get antinflammatories to help the process and... no sex until gets better.

I am having a problem.. i noticed that the tip of my penis began to get red and started to heart when i peed and i didnt think much of it at first because it was only a slight discomfort... then after about 2 days i got a bump on the inside very tip of my penis its not very noticable just that it doesnt hurt... i went to my doctor and he gave me something that checked for an std... it was like a q tip and he put it in the very tip of my penis and the results came back negative. i an uncercumsized. it has been about 2 weeks and nothing has changed i am very worried someone please help!!!!

Sounds like we all have the same problem,doctors usually tell you that your fine but you know the feeling of that pain,for me it is non-stop everyday,even broke me down a couple of times,have had all tests done and negative for everything,I'm clueless but not giving up,hell no my family loves me too damn much for me to do something crazy to myself,the burning isnt on the penis head,just in the middle,feels irritated,no bacteria though or STDS,very weird,I NEED HELP!Suggestions????

You know whats crazy?I've read this one comment about a hundred times and I've felt the same exact way,my penis hurts all of the time,feels like it's burning inside,and I already have felt a loss of desire to live,but I'm only 21 and dont have any kids so theres no way in hell as if I feel like I'm not getting through this,it hurts like hell,but there's got to be a solution,these doctors need to step their game up,because if they were feeling the pain that we've had all felt,they would have found a solution,I'm not going to lie,it hurts like hell for me,all tests negative,scope shows nothing,ultrasound shows no damage,I've been trying to find a solution for months,burning in the middle of penis,what could it be?Not a doctor,I don't know but I need some serious help cuz Iwant to be married ans have kids one day,I'm not beat,plus my partner came up negativefor everything,thank God!!!If any of you people have an idea,let me know,I need a second chance

I am shocked to see that there are other people suffering from this problem. When I was in highschool this first happened to me: I began feeling a terrible feeling in my penis as if I had to urinate but no amount of urination could make the problem go away. It was torment, I lived with it in fear for a year. Then, it simply left. Why I have no idea but I cannot tell you how happy I was that it was gone. And it stayed gone, that is for about two years. This past summer I had a reemergence of the same problem and no amount of Urine samples or Ultrasounds could figure the problem out. But that does not mean the problem does not exist because I have to admit that the doctor's I saw were not highly spoken of and I could tell they cared little for my situation (one went as far as to tell me that the whole problem was "in my head"). I tried taking cranberry capsules but they did not help. Finally I resorted to eating raw garlic (about 6-8 cloves per day) and the problem went away. Again the problem emerged in December and I went to see a new doctor and he was equally unsympathetic to my condition (I have wasted alot of time in clinics due to this problem). Once again I tried taking raw garlic and I managed to find relief. I would suggest trying this as I would like to know if others will find relief in this treatment and, having had the poblem myself and know very well how crippling both physically and especially psychologically that it can be I pray that it works for you as well. If you do try it please make sure that you take the raw garlic (maybe one or two cloves at a time) with meals so as not to burn your stomach. I just peel the cloves and chew them thouroughly then swallow with water. Please let me know if this works for you. And my thoughts are with you, you are never alone.

go and get your kidneys x-rayed the burning sensation in penis is also due to the very small particles of dust or mud in the kidney it travels straight through the penis and start scratching the vain from where it gets out and when u go for urine it burns its due to the scratches made by the dust particles in the kidney.

I also have pain during urination, plus my groin also hurts alot. my liph nodes on both sides of my groin. only a couple of times i have acqualy had bomps on my penis as well. can anyone please help me
