You might have a UTI. It's more common in women but men can get them too. Google it. Go to your doctor, they will test your pee and find the right treatment for you.

My GF jus put a newvaring birthcontrol in and we had sex, ufter my penis started to feel weird, not normal, and now it kinda hurts inside of my penis when I pee, it feels like the urine is burning hot. My GF got infection in her vogina from newvaring few days later, could that effect me?

this is ffrom dehydradation, lack of water content in the body, so the urine is just the acid or even ejaculation is just acid, since there is no dilution with the water content in the body, the acid that passes through the penis makes it feel burn, drink lots of water , as much as you can everyday, there wont be anyproblem,, dont drink juices or coke/pepsi, thats acid too, just plain water, you wont have this problem

I recently began having these symptoms, now I have had protected sex with one partner, one time, about a month ago and was tested a week later, all results were negative. The symptoms began after, about three weeks, if I remember correctly. I have had no burning while urinating, only after for a few minutes, and mild discomfort in my groin. Additionally I've noticed that recently I've began urinating a lot with a slight discharge after I finish, easily 8+ times a day including frequency at night, enough to wake me up. The past few days I haven't stayed hydrated but normally I make it point to drink water throughout the day. I have been tested a second time (waiting on the results) to rule out any possibilities and have even asked the girl with whom I've had protected sex with if she was aware of anything, and to her knowledge she isn't.

I've also been experiencing nausea, back pain, and night sweats the past few days at random, and today urinating was a little difficult after ejaculation. Also I get a slight burning after ejaculation. Nothing excruciating and I believe STIs with those symptoms tend to be pretty painful.

After reading everything I'm kind of hoping that this is nothing more than a UTI, and I'll be making my way over to a GP as soon as I can. Input please???

I have recently started the broccoli protocol and drinking more water. It is burning less than when i started the protocol, but it is still there -the burning/pain. I personally am leaning towards some new form of STD or bacteria that is elusive. I first developed symptoms some years back when i met a new partner, after two years of not seeing this person the pain cleared up completely, but as fate would have it i encountered this partner again for sex, and a couple days later this pain returned - it is like the inside of my urethra is raw- like its a flesh eating bacteria that just lingers and erodes the outer layer of skin inside my penis. This pain is not something i want to live with and i am willing to investigate ways to end it.

Man, I can't figure this stuff out! I've been in this inexorabile amount of pain and discomfort and embarassment for who knows how long. After a few years of the tip of my penis hurting all day and night I broke down and went to the ER. I was poor, in an emergency, and they gave me like 4 medicines, on the spot, to clear any "suspected" STD. They shoved an instrument up my penis which was pretty excruciating, yeah, but they needed a culture to test. It was negative. Wtf gives!? I read an article about a case study on a 17 year old teenage male in Asia whom had sexual identity issues who took his anxiety out on his 'manhood' and it brought to my mind that I'm living with this set of balls for the rest of my life and sure, there was probably a time where I was capable of trying to plug sh*t down my urethra. I think there was a micro-tear inside that got infected very suddenly and it festered and sucked the life out of me. I took 2 trips to the ER just to find a week of relief but it's always back. This awful area at the tip of my penis, maybe even to the left, that was inflamming itself in effort to kill off something there. Irritating, buring when I urinate or burning, ball busting orgasms that caused the infection to spread to my prostate. That is prostitis then. I just learned that 8 out of 9 episodes don't even go diagnosed. You think the burning penis isn't too too bad then let's see you neglect to look after it. They said coffee is a diuretic. The high caffeine acids must strip my veins because, when finally, after years of anguish I found relief, it was that single cup of coffee that reignited the irritation. For most genitalia based STD's a regimine of doxycycline will hamper the growth of an viral or bacterial infection long enough for the white blood cells to overcome it. Even now though I'd like to know what I received in the emergency room those days. A cup of foamy liquid for chlamydia, a big white pill, a shot, oh and another liquid- that looked really clear. I had it bad. The swelling twisted my sh*t inside and I would drip for like 10 minutes after I pee. I was the kind of guy who went out and about too.

So now I'm going to read about stricture's of the urethra. Heads up, it may be a conditioned developed after neglecting ghonorrea or something. If it seems smaller on the inside then it used to

I feel the same way... I have a cool, uncomfortable feeling similar to initially smearing icy hot on yourself in my penis. It started the day after having protected sex. I still fear that one of the condoms broke... Either way I have been out close to 1000 bucks in the last few months being tested for everything possible. Everything has come back negative.

My penis has these small patches where the skin is very shiny in the areas that burn. But I've not had ANY discharge of any type. It burns when I urinate and I feel almost like I have a bladder infection. No fever, no other physical symptoms worth mentioning.

Its good to know that others are going through this as well... I really am starting to believe its some new kind of std.

My partner says they dont feel any different at all and think that I'm crazy. Well... this constant pain and irritation is making me crazy. I'd give anything to take that night back.

If you have burning sensation, you possibly have allergy to latex condom.

Thank you all for your time. I am greatly appreciative for your help, even if you can't technically help me. I say that, with much dread, because from personal experience and research (limited to the internet) I could find no comfort or cure.

Five weeks ago I had brief unprotected sex (I condom was used after a minute - I came to my senses too late, perhaps. There was also oral sex, which, of course, might be to blame as well). Since then, I have had a burning/tingling sensation on the head of my penis, more specifically the tip , at the borders and inside the urethra.

I've been to two doctors, one being a urologist. I've had three urine tests and have been given medication for chlamydia and gonnorhea. Nothing to be identified, nothing curing my problem. The urologist is extremely confused and at a loss.

This situation is made more difficult by the fact that I'm living in Korea; But, I should say, my doctor speaks good English and has been very kind and patient.

I show no physical symptoms - no rashes, bruising, bumps or tears. But the intensity and consistency of the irritation is causing me worry and emotional and mental pain.

I have read some cases of men in the same boat, all at a loss, all suffering, some here in this thread. I cannot focus. It's all rather unfortunate and depressing.

most likely an infection. maybe a prostate problem

i also been tested for chlamydia, gonorrhea, NGU, and all came back negative. My friend said i might have a swollen prostate gland, im afraid what will this mean... I have urination burning, burning when i am sitting, burning when i am walking. It's so annoying and it wont go away... Please help me someone... Doctors tell me nothing wrong with me and it is i am burning like hell in my penis Grrrr :-(

one night after sex with my wife i got a pain and burning in my penis. i had tests done and am "fine" but i'm not. It's been 8 months now and it's still there. especially after sex the sensitivity of the head of my penis. my bladder hurts too. seems to go away some then i get erect ejaculate and the pain is back for weeks. my wife's been tested cause she is pregnant and both of us are clean. feels like there is something in my urethra all the time. no trouble getting erect or ejaculating just the burning and pain. stressed out not sure what else to do.
