Penis cramp could cause erectile dysfunction?

Cramps are generally associated with painful muscle contractions. Although the penis does contain some muscle fibers (the dartos muscle sheet covers the entire penis and scrotum), it is mostly composed of fine tissues which aren't susceptible to cramping.

Erectile dysfunction could have either a physiological or psychological origin, or some combination of both. Only a qualified physician can properly diagnose the condition.
