I'm a 20 year old guy and my problem is, after I masturbate and ejaculate, whenever my penis gets erected again, it hurts. This trouble lasts almost a full day. The pain isn't great, I can masturbate again even with this pain when I really want to, but it is a big displeasure.
What might be the reason? Maybe the way I'm masturbating or there is a physical health problem?

Hi! I have exactly the same problem as you. Whenever my penis gets erect again, after having ejaculated, it hurts. Again if I ejaculate during the day, this trouble would last almost whole day and if I ejaculate at night before going to sleep, I would wake up with painful erections. The pain varries, sometimes it isn't great, but sometimes it is unbearable especially if I am very aroused and my penis throbs. So, I never ejaculate a second time as it is never pleasurable then.
