So basically my penis is about inch and a half when flaccid, it's like it shriveled, i can push it in my stomach, also when i get an erection its about 4.5 to 5 inches but i don't see the had of the penis it's just the skin. it doesn't hurt when i have a wank, but is my penis stopped growing? i'm also 3 months premature, if that has anything to do with it?
