a couple of weeks ago I had sex for the first time aged 20 and Ever since I have been wearing my foreskin behind my glans. It feels better that way and is more comfortable. Is it better to keep it behind the glans or covering it?

Hi Guest,

It's your choice.  Whichever you find more comfortable.

Some guys like to keep the glans exposed.

Enjoy it!

The foreskin feels really tight and the glans feels really sensitive. When I try and push the foreskin forward it really hurts. What do I do

The glans will be sensitive at first, that's normal. It's been covered so the nerves aren't used to being touched.
Your foreskin should move though. Stretch it if you have too. Get an erection and pull down on the shaft skin OR use your fingers. The more often you do it the faster the results.

I've been trying this for a few days in the shower and after and my foreskin still won't go forward and is turning red and is very sore. Do you know what to do?

Can you move your foreskin forward when you are NOT erect?

Yes but it is very painful.

Actually that's good, that it can move. Otherwise you'd have a more serious problem called paraphimosis.

Give your penis a few days rest then try to start stretching the foreskin.

It is really difficult to keep from retracting because when I get an erection my foreskin retracts again so I have to repeat the same process over and over.

Likely the skin was irritated when you had sex. It needs time to recover as it may be slightly swollen.
