However, you hint that both your and his jeans were wet, so I question just how intimate you two must have been.
I'd get a home pregnancy test kit to be sure.

i'm going through the same problem right now but someone replied and wrote to me in another thread: "sperm can not go thru clothes. If you had sex with your pants on, better known as 'dry humping', there is no chance for pregnancy.
For the future, may i suggest that you talk to gf about getting on some kind of birth control. You two may get carried away some day and then your going to have a problem. You are very young, i would hate to see you have a child going into kindergarten while you're just graduating from high school."
