Ok, I need to lose weight this summer. I want to do it because I want to. But just don't know how. And also I have to babysit my little cousin 3 times a week. I am 14 years old and about 5"3 and also weight at 145 and am trying to go to around 120-125. Is there a best way to do it on about 3 months? I go sometimes with my friend play outside an take walk with my dog but it doesn't seems to work. I always wear baggy clothes and some people say I'm not fat bit in my opinion I am. I want to lose weight. How can i lose weight his summer and babysit at the same time? No, I need to lose weight!!!!!!! So please help me!!!!!!!

I agree which body part is bothering you the most in sense to lose your weight? i have one more question , do you want to reduce your weight ? or you want to maintain you apperance i am you want to look slim. i am 5"2 sometimes 5'3 , the formula i applied on myself is to maintain my apperance not my weight . My weight is usually around 123-127 lbs , sometimes it exceeds,, but i dont worry beacuse from my apperance i look slim so people dont go to my weight. Thats how my life goes , if you want to reduce you overall body weight than you must go for swimming.

Yea I did think o it but, it cost alot especially where I lived and I'm pretty hard to desciplin:0)
