Hi ai m 24 years old and four months ago i found a lump in my neck. i was sent to the doctor, had a scan and blood tests and they think it is an enlarged thyroid gland. they said they would check on me in a couple of months to see if it has gone down. meanwhile i have had a period for over 23 days!!!!!! i am very tired, stressed, emotional and not sure what to do. i had this before a couple of months ago and the doctors just put me on a wierd pill. i am already on the pill and in a long term relationship but do not use condoms as i am allergic to them so i can't work out what is going on. Are these all connected or am i getting myself worked up about nothing. Would appreciate advice as have had bad experience with doctors before. Thanks
