for the past four months i've had the runs on the first day of my period
it seems to get worse every time. this time i was in pain and feeling really sick for about 5 hours before it stopped compared to about the 3 hours from last month
i read that it's actually reall common in women
i'm almost 17 and had my period for abour 5 years now, and i used to feel pretty sick on the first day of my period, but it could be good some months, bad others
like i said, it only started up 4 months ago
it's really annoying so does anyone have any tips on how to make it better like diet wise or even medicine wise?
would it be worth going to a doctor or will he just tell me to buy some kind of medicine i could get without seeing him?
