This mostly happens to those who smoke regularly or are chain smokers or people who take a lot of caffeine

Thanks god, I found this thread.
I was going crazy because of similar symptoms. It is now three months, since I have these funny creepy feelings around my left shoulder blade, tingling and wormy motion under my skin. All these feelings disappear in the morning when I wake up, but it comes back in afternoon. I believe it is due to my poor posture during work day.

Hi all, i'm 19 and got this problem too. I've had it for several weeks now and it's really bothering me. It's painless and it fits to the description you all are telling. I'm working out everyday and i work my back every 4 day and my legs every 3 day (sometimes the back is included). Doesn't this have to do anything with working out? Or does it have anything to do with the posture, i haven't gone through every post in this thread so i haven't found the reason for this cause. Please can someone answer im kind of freaking out..

I have had this problem on and off since I was a child -now 38-. I notice it comes on when I gain weight and goes away when I lose it. it started when I was overweight as a child sitting playing the piano. When I lost weight it went away. Now that I am older it has come back when I sit at my computer. It is odd, but, I only have to lose 10-15lbs for it to go away. For me it starts when I hit 185lbs and goes away at 175.

Hi,
I'm 32 yrs old and i work out almost everyday too and i've been having this for a month now. I was freaking out at the beginning till i found this thread. i don't think it's anything major, but i will go for a dorsal MRI to rest my doubts.
I will let you know if it has anything to do with muscle strains or back injuries.

Sounds good, in my opinion it has to do something with the stance/posture or that i workout alot and lately i've engaged my back alot more and have a better mind muscle connection and so on and so forth.

Wow, so nobody has figured this out? I have the same exact thing. Has anyone had any relief or has it gone away on it's own?

I have the same thing on the right side to the right of my spine near my shoulder blade. I notice that it does it when I sit on my sofa. I think it has to do with proper posture and sitting slumped or humped over. When I stand the tingling stops. When I sit on my couch hunched over to type this it started again so I'm going to practice better posture and stop sitting on my couch humped over.

Thanks Levi- I think this is what I have. In my fifties - it makes sense that there will be some things that feel a little different as your body ages. It doesn't hurt and it's not continuous. I would rather have this than go and get treatment for something that is simply a side effect of life. People should just chill. Doctors will keep treating a patient until the patient stops complaining.

I know you posted this forever ago, but if you can find that YouTube link I'd love to try out th exercises. Have been dealing with this tingling for a while now. Seems like it's common after pregnancies (I just had two) which tells me it's related to posture/ muscle strength.

I had it for about a month and now it's suddenly gone, I haven't had it in weeks now which is really nice because it's a really weird feeling having it.. Still have no clue what causes it..
