Persistant epididymis inflammation

For years I have believe theres something wrong with my testicle as I often got a feeling of numbness and throbbing sensation and sometimes pains. The symptoms come and goes, sometimes lasted over a week, sometimes only few secs. I then found a lump rested at the top of my testicle, though the position is not set, soemtimes it also appeared at the bottom and somewhat movable.

So, last year I decided to finally have it check out, the doctor said is a inflammation of epididymis and injected me with some medicine for three days, imagine my relief when I found the testicle clear the next day. And I took three days of antibiotics.

However, the lump came back after a month or so, thinking that is nothing big deal I just shrugged it off until some days ago I found a lump on my right testicle. So I though the inflammation had spread, so I went to a doctor again (a different one to get a different opinion), again he deduced to be a inflammation and injected me with medicine for three days. The difference this time was that after the first day, the lump grew back.

Now I'm on my first week of antibiotics, and figured that the lump just come and goes. In the morning, my testicle were clear of any lumps (or just a really small one) but in the afternoon or evening it grew right back.

I'm wondering if theres any other treatments aside from antibiotics cause I believe if this continues my body would eventually developed a immunization for it. And if this is normal~~ to have it to come back every day.
