I am a 24 years old girl.i took a sinarest yesterday.that got stock in my throat.i had plenty of waters,bread,rice.i tried everything.but didn't work. Today morning I was little better but I feel its still there in my throat.no problem is there expect little bit heart pain.i am uncomfortable.please please help me.please.
