Hello,

I am in my early teens, not sexually active. I had noticed a small (brown/black) pimple type thing in my ball sack a few months ago and had tried to squeeze it out, and it worked. It left a little pouch like thing and for the time it was empty. Today, I had noticed that it had came back and attempted the same thing. This time, I had been able to successfully squeeze it out but more pus had came out and after cleaning it off, a reddish thing replaced the brown, pimpled like thing. On the other side of the pouch there is also another pimple like thing that might have appeared, or I might have just missed it a few months ago.

I am very nervous about this, and am too afraid to talk to anyone about it. What is it, and should I be concerned?

Hey there first off never be afraid to talk to a healthcare provider about these things.... that is what they are there for ... have you started puberty yet? If so when did you start? It could be a fordyce spot especially if there are several and sometimes they are in the shad of your penis too.... otherwise it could be a cyst or ingrown hair

Yes I have started puberty, I believe it has been around 2-3 years. Not so sure. Should I be really concerned about any of those things (fordyce spot, cyst, ingrown hair) or will it go out on it's own, or I can "fix" it on my own?

Obviously I can't say for sure because I can't see what this looks like but if it's any up when I mention you don't really have to worry about them. Fordyces spots are a normal part of puberty for many guys they don't go away but they do not cause any issues. Just sometimes can get bigger and smaller and ingrown hairs usually go away on their own if you let them be.

I noticed a massive black spot on my balls, but no pain. I don't know if it's anything to worry about. What do you think? I'll probably bring it up when I next see my gp.
