soi get these lumps on my skrodum and i squeezed one and a tiny bit of really hard puss came out and then it broke apart into a powder what the c**p is this?

It could be a sebaceous Cysts. It can get severe and is common to have them in the scrotum. Most men get the tiny ones every so often. Treat the small ones like pimples and keep the area clean. Keep on top of them and see a Dr if they get big like this guy. XP
