Hi there! You may try to apply warm cloth on it, and see if the puss will come out.
You may even notice a hair coming out of it because when ever I have a similar bump, it turns out to be an ingrown hair.
It could also be a sebaceous cyst, something similar to an ordinary pimple. They are very common for testicles because there are many sweat glands there.
Although, it is not so advisable so pock and squeeze I do it if the white stuff looks as if it could be squeezed. I make sure my hands are very clean, so that some bacteria wouldn’t end up under the skin and cause even more trouble. Sometimes, the pimple is too hard that I can’t squeeze at all and that time I even visited an urologist and he poked it with a sterile needle. I wouldn’t suggest you did this on your own because it may bleed like crazy.
