I was wondering if the pituitary can be damaged from excessive nose picking or by putting a foreign object in one nostril. I have a deviated septum and one of my nostrils caves in so i try to pry it open with a small metal tool used to pop pimples. I was just wondering if that could damage the pituitary or if the pituitary is too far back in the head to reach through the lower to middle nostril.

The pituitary is a pea sized gland which is situated at the base of the brain.
It can't be damaged in the way you describe. You could be causing some serious damage to yourself by putting this thing that far into your nose. Have you considered seeing an ENT doctor?

Yes I saw an ENT once and he said that my right turbinates are shaped in a way he's never seen. Like they are backwards or something... But I cant get my doctor to agree to let me have a septoplasty. He just prescribes me a stupid nasonex spray that costs a ton and I have to buy a new one every 3-4 weeks. What kind of serious damage could I be causing? I'm trying to stop the compulsion but my nose is just so annoying.

I would get another opinion. This is obviously a medical issue not a vanity issue, which your health insurance would for sure cover. Nasonex is just as annoying as you now probably have an addiction to that c**p as well.
If you have something that this dr. has never seen before, it's an issue and a great concern which deserves to be at least looked at by another ENT. Steady us of nasal sprays are dangerous and you could do more damage to yourself. My ex was so dependent on nasal spray that he literally burnt his sinus's. He actually had withdrawls from it when he was ordered to stop spraying.
