Hi there! Can you tell me where exactly did you feel this lump? Is it at the beginning of your vaginal entrance or deep at the back?
How did you feel it? Did you use your fingers or another object.
What was the lump like?
Even if it is a growth, it wouldn’t have anything to do with masturbation nor sex. It could be a cervical polyp that is not cancerous and is easily removed.
However, you could have touched just a normal vaginal anatomy such as cervix but couldn’t recognize what it was. Some pimples can be sometimes felt on the cervix if they are present.
Can you explain the exact way you reached for the lump. This may be easier to potentially realize what it was.

may be a swolen gland or fluid filled gland. I had same thing once and i was in a state of panic. Doc said i could wait for it to go down or she could drain it. I opted to have her drain it which entailed her sticking a syringe/needle in it (painless). It went away and hasn't returned.

I think you may have felt your cervix. I was in the same boat as you and I was panicking until I realized that I found my cervix which changes over the course of your cycle. Google "finding your cervix" or something like that and look at this diagram.
