Hey guys,

I was hoping you could help me with something. For a long time now, whenever I get tired I'd feel a mild but fairly sharp pain in my upper back. I can't be precise on which muscle, but it's on my right side around where you'll find the rhomboids. Recently (through RSI sitting at a PC I believe) it's suddenly become very strained, and I often get sharp pains.

I've been fiddling around trying to work out what's going on using a light medicine ball and some weight plates, and something I've notice that when doing a motion like, say, a front raise, my collar bone seems to click, grind, pop a lot on the right side.

Anybody got a diagnosis and/or a solution?
