Hi, I am 50 y/o, I had a hysterectomy 9 months ago due to prolapse uterus. The doctor did not take my oviaries and I am also going through menopause with quite severe hot flushes. I went back to work 3 months after the operation and felt fine. For the past couple of weeks, I've felt a heavy ''pulling'' and sometimes painful sensation in my lower abdomen and my legs have been so sore its hard to walk without pain. Had a vaginal ultrasound this morning and when the probe was pressed against the left side, it was extremely painful and sent a crampy feeling right through my stomach. There were 2 technicians and I heard one say ''whats that?'' to the other.... when I asked what they saw, they quickly changed the subject and said. ''.almost done"". Now I'm freaking out because I wont have the results until I see my GP on Friday (4 days away). Has anyone else experienced similar? I will post results when I get them. Thanks in advance
