I had open inguinal hernia surgery 17 days ago and waas instructed by my doctor not to lift more than 10 lbs for 6 weeks. I was at the store yesterday and without thinking carried about 35 lbs of groceries. I feel a slight pulling on the left side of my scrotum today. Could I have messed something up by doing this?
