my partner has had a ingual hernia operation done 2 weeks ago..his scrotum and his penis is swollen..he has not pain..my partner wants to know is this normal and how long is the swelling going to stay..will it take weeks for it all to go down..should we be worried like we already are..we have been back to the hospital and the doctor said this is normal..but he did,nt explain about so much swelling..is there anything my partner can do to get the swelling down..
