I'm an active 22 year old male. Right after sex, my girlfriend and I notice that my face/neck/chest become quite flush for about 10 minutes; then it goes away. I had an EKG recently; everything was normal. Is this anything to worry about?

The flushing probably occurs during sex, or once you start getting excited but you are too busy noticing it :-). This happens to about 25% of the males. The flushing occurs due to increased blood flow and a man can experience flushing (redness) in the face, neck, upper abdomen, forehead, back and even shoulders.
It may last up to 2-3 hours after or disappear slightly after an orgasm.
