Hello. I'm 25 year old female and just recently I have found out that I'm pregnant. That’s why I've decided to take care more about my general health. First I did was stop smoking and started to practice more physical activity. Then, I've contacted my GP and scheduled my self for a complete blood count test.
Tests were pretty good-accept one thing- my potassium levels were on minimum and my GP told me I should drink some Pot-chloride supplements. Could anyone tell me more about these supplements? One more thing- I didn’t tell him I'm pregnant! Could these supplements interfere with normal pregnancy?

Hello. I was using this pot-chloride or Potassium-Chloride supplements two years back and I know few facts about it. Like you know- Potassium chloride is used to prevent or to treat a potassium deficiency. They are the best supplements on the market. Also, you should use potassium chloride with full glass of water, some food or milk to lessen stomach upset.
You asked about possible connection with pregnancy. Well, it belongs to the pregnancy category C which means that it is not known whether it will be harmful to an unborn baby. That’s why I suggest you to go back to your GP and tell him about your plans! Most common side effects are black, bloody, or tarry stools and unusual fatigue, weakness, or heavy legs!
