Peeing after will have on effect if any semen had got into your vagina the only reason why they recommend peeing after sex is to wash any bacteria out of the urethra to stop you getting a uti. If you have taken plan B then you should be ok and the only symptoms you may get are your period starts early or it could be delayed or you may miss your period altogether.
