I m 7 weeks pregnanat and my next appointment with the doctor is on 20th july, i m just wondering between that period can i go for lil exercise or walking lil faster then the as usuall walk.. it is safe to do so?

In the past I've been told (5 full term pregnancy's) that you don't need to stop exercising unless the doctor tells you to or if you have pain. As for starting exercise, you shouldn't add to your routine without talking to your doctor.
Also important, Don't do things like skiing or such things, anything that may lead to your needing emergency x-rays, they shouldn't be done during pregnancy.
