I wanted to know if you are implatation bleeeding can you take an accurate pregnancy test?

I have had little on/off nausea which to begin with i told myself was in my head. 2 occassions i have had over-whelming nausea that even laying down or sitting takes hours for it to pass. I am tired and occasionally get light headed. When i went for a run Saturda i had cramping on my lower stomach (wasnt a shap stich was more like cramping)

 

The reason for me to think i could be pregnant is along with the sevre nausea, my perios was due sunday and what i believe to be my period saturday night was wipe only? nothing went onto the pad.. same sunday my period was wipe only, monday  and tuesday i had very light period in morning leaving little on the pad and rest of pay was back to wipe only? is this implatation bleeeding? i know this is not normal for me. i took pregnancy Monday and Wednesday both have came out negative but again would this be too sooon to take a test? i have taken a blood test today (wed) and will find out results early next week but again is this test being done to early if i stopped what i think could of been implantation bleeding tuesday? (lasted 3 days again my period start sunday and last til thursday min)

 

Does this sound like this could be pregnancy? if you could please give me your advice and results?
