I found out I was pregnant January 6. No ultrasound but a mini exam (by the size feeling of my uterus) I was estimated 6-8 weeks. My current bf ejaculates inside of me. But I have had one other partner, but we haven't had sex since October, early November and he has never finished inside of me. Is it likely that my current bf is the father?

My last is unknown. I missed periods since September, but I took a pregnancy test in October or November (I don't remember which) and it came up negative. The next test I took was the first week of January and it came up positive

There isn't enough detail to say with any certainty. It is possible that you conceived in November. As you said, the uterus sizing was an estimate of 5-6 weeks, not definitive.
It takes at least 2 weeks for a pregnancy test to work. The tests in October and November may have been to early.
A DNA test may be required to be certain.
