i'm 27yrs old without a spleen ,and pregnant . alot of people i know are telling me that its impossible and i am lying . i even showed them proof from the doctor and the still doin't believe what should i do? :-( :-( :-( %-)

Not to worry. I was 29 when I had my spleen removed got married at 31 and had a perfectly normal pregnancy 32 and no complications during delivery or after and had a beautiful baby boy who is now 14 and a very healthy active boy.
Hope that helped and put you at ease. Just remember to let any doctor know you do not have a spleen due to drug interaction. Don't even take aspirin (use like tylenol).

well, im 25 and had my spleen removed during an emergency c section when I was pregnant at 22 and everything was fine..I am now pregnant again so it's not impossible!!! Im 11 weeks along and everything is going fine!!

hi! I had my spleen removed and I also have a 14.5 inch scar down the middle of my stomach from the surgery. Do any of you have this too? I'm not so concerned about being pregnant without a spleen, as I'm worried about the scar. I've heard scars dont stretch and I'm fearful of what will happen as my belly grows.

I had my spleen removed at age 9, do to a serious car accident. Not having a spleen causes me to get sick alot. Being pregnant or getting pregnant, no worries. I had a healthy little boy. That's 9 years old now.

when I was about 6MONTHS old I was abused by my mums boyfriend it was so bad that I had internal bleeding and had to have my spleen removed :,( I was put in to foster care and adopted when I was 2 I am now 17 I ad a boyfriend I few weeks ago I never told him about all that happened and we stared to get intermit and he told me my body was disgusting because I have a 12 inch scar from just under my breast to just above my vagina
