I went for treatment of mild acne in Paris and was prescribed vitamin PP by a dermatologist. I have had mild acne for many years but was never prescribed this medicine before so I did some research. The info i gathered is not clear enough to convince me that it is safe to take for acne treatment. Any comments?

Here's a good traditional anti-acne regiment.
1. Salicylic acid face wash in the morning (every 2-3 days if irritation occurs).
2. Gentle face wash at night
3. benzoyl peroxide cream (2-2.5%) at night (a thin layer)
the acid wash kills bacteria and helps the pores stay unclogged
the face wash washes away grease/oil/dirt
the bp cream kills the p. acnes bacteria at night
