I have experienced bouts that come and go (usually lasting 24 hours or so) of extreme fatigue coupled with pressure in the area between and above my eyes. This started in the extreme after I was diagnosed with a tick disease. I was treated by antibiotics for 10 days and the symptoms lessened. Now 3 months later this problem seems to come and go and I have no idea what triggers it or how it goes away. I will wake up light headed and stay that way all day - somewhat akin to a hangover without the severe pain.
Two general practitioners and several blood tests have not been able to explain or help correct it.

This sounds similar to my symptoms. Pain on the bridge of nose like it's being squeezed or crushed ... dull and pulsating pain. Also extends up between the eyes. Along with horrible lightheadedness much of the time.
I've had this for over three years.
I've had some luck with different treatments that I can share with you. Please post a reply and let's discuss!
