i asked my doctor (high risk) when i was 4 months pregnant if proactiv is safe to use during pregnancy...and it is...there are no studies on it harming your baby... i am now almost 8 months and cant wait to meet my little man!...if you have a questions you should really consult your doctor...if you listen to what everyone says about everything you will drive yourself to insanity... good luck.... :-D

I would STRONGLY DISCOURAGE using Proactive while you are pregnant. I used it with only 1 of my 4 pregnancies and I regret every minute of it. My son was born 3 1/2 months early with a couple of physical deformities as well as a heart defect. He passed away later that day because of these problems. Although there was nothing to prove that it was due to the Proactive, it was the only thing I did different from my other pregnancies. All my other children are perfectly normal with not a single thing wrong with them. I truly believe it was due to the Proactive.

Ok so just so everyone knows, i used Proactiv through my entire 1st pregnancy and my little girl is fine. My OB says its fine. Maybe just use it once a day instead of twice. If you are just curious about what others think, check out blogs. But always ask you OB first. Many have opposing opinions.
