I see you posted this about 12 hours ago. Has it come back yet? You need to work it forward by hand while it's soft. I know ---- it won't stay soft for long when you start handling it. You can spit on it to lube it or use some type of oil on it. Baby oil, cooking oil, olive oil ---- NOT motor oil or machine oil.
If it doesn't bother you having it back there, just leave it there. It will probably go back by itself anyway. Mine always does.
