hi everyone, i am a 22 year girl and i have problem in eating habits. i cant eat much food at a time. but then within a short time i feel hungry again. what should i do for this? any ideas that could help?

According to me, I don't think you have a problem...It's infact a good habit that you don't overeat at one time..Eating frequent meals helps in better metabolism and also keeps sugar levels in control...
