Producing breast milk at 65

Hello Chris,

Did the milk production start off suddenly, or has this been going on for quite some time now? It can happen naturally because your hormones suddenly go into over-drive for one reason or another (given your age, menopause might be likely culprit here). But, since you are 65 and depending on your family history of breast cancer - it might be more than wise to see your doctor about this. I don't wasn’t to alarm you, but at your age the lactating glands simply shouldn't be stimulated enough for them to produce milk and it's way better to find out what is exactly going on. Even benign tumors in the breast tissue could cause this, so - the only way to know really is the mammogram,
