AFter experiencing some foreplay, the area between the head of my penis and the shaft appears to be puffed up. This area is the inner foreskin, where it extends during erection I believe? No longer erect, I have just noticed right after that the skin on that area is really puffed up noticably compared to the other side, which is normal.

Is this some bruising from irritatation it since I used no lubrication?
