Hi again medic-dan ,
Here's anther problems owing my friend. He is now 17 . His foreskin is too tight and too long. He couldn't see his glans even in his age. He can only see his urogenital aperture. So he has been freaking out very much. That's why , I suggested that as the way I did to pour warm water on his foreskin as much as he can. He says he does it but it's hurt . It's too hurt.
That's why , could you please kindly suggest me what kind of treatment we need to give him ?
Best regards .

Hi again Panker,

There is no such thing as "too long" a foreskin. As with everyone there are variations.

It does sound like he needs to stretch his foreskin. He can use his fingers or get an erection and pull down on the shaft skin. The more often that he does this the quicker it'll be able to retract.

Otherwise, he'd need to see a urologist. Give the stretching a GOOD TRY first.

Good luck.

It depends where the bleeding comes from Panker. He could be pulling it back hard and causing some tears in the skin or even his frenulum.

I wouldn't consider it harmful. Just tell him to go easy and even use some lube.

Hi Dan and Panker,
I know this is kind of old but I thought I would put my views in. The "white bumps" that Panker is referring to could also be Fordyce's Spots. These are also harmful and are a kind of pimple - it is quite common and probably genetic. They are harmless, but if you don't like how they look you could try and get them removed by a surgeon, usually with a Co2 laser.

As for Guest's question, I agree with Dan. Your penis and glans can turn all sorts of funny colors. Purple, blue and pink are all normal, where as black could be a problem with blood getting to the area and bright red could be an infection. But if it's not sore and doesn't bother you, I wouldn't worry about it - but if you're still really concerned, just go and see your doctor :)

Hope this helped, somehow!
James

Dear JamesHB and Dan,
Thank you for your worry about me. Everything now is okay with me as I took advice from this web.
But I'd like to know how to last longer in bed. i couldn't able to control even during masturbation but I haven't had intercourse yet. That's why , could you please tell me the way to last longer ?
And continuously, my penis seems curve and I want mine to big in size. Which way is better to be grown ?
Now I'm turning into 18. My penis is about 5inch , that's okay. I like it. But it is poor in size.
So please kindly advice me coz i want to get a successful and happy intercourse with my future wife. I dun want my partner to be unsatisfied in intercourse because of my weakness. Please kindly advice me and this website becomes a part of my life :)

With faith and regards,
Panker

Hi Panker,

Average for an adult is 5 - 5 1/2". You're there. It can grow into your early 20's.

Most penises are NOT straight. Many curve to the left, right, up, and even down. It's NORMAL.

You do need to learn control masturbating. Go slowly. Focus on what you feel as you get near orgasm and then STOP. Do this as often as you can. It will take some time but you can do it.

Good luck.

Dear Medic-dan,

Now I am in hot water : that circumstance is happended again.

When I was 14years old , there was a few red circles (bloody) around under my scrotum.  i didn't absolutely know what they were.  I feel something like ichy and cant touch them coz somehow hurt. Later , they were disappeared.

now i'm turning 18 in May . The day before yesterday, a single red circle is appeared. please kindly let me know what these are, and why do they happen.

Thank You.

Hi Panker,
It could be a pimple (zit) or a sebaceous cyst. You can get them on your genitals. It could also be a fungal infection (jock itch) but that is usually more like a rash. You'd need an exam to be sure.
