its been two months since I quit smoking and I'm looking somewhat like a balloon. This is really annoying because I haven't increased my food intake per say and I exercise 5 times a week (running, yoga and Pilates). My bowel movement is regular because I drink Yerba Mate (It's an excellent alternative to coffee) and I also drink hot water and lemon first thing in the morning which kick starts my day with a healthy bowel movement.

BUT, No matter how much breathing better feels, my stomach is really hurting me and the bloating is bothering me! It feels like I am pregnant with gas babies!!! 

How long is that going to last? And what can I do to decrease the bloating?
