Hello there, I am a guy who is 28 years old. I have one simple question for you. It would be really nice if you can tell me what radiculopathy is. I heard this term from one doctor in the hospital and I am not sure what does it mean. I am sure that you understand. Thank you in advance for everything you say.

Certainly, this term is used to describe pain, numbness, tingling and weakness in your arms and legs. All of these things are caused by a problem with nerve roots. Radiculopathy can affect both sides of the body in the same time. In some cases, physical therapy along with some non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs is the first option in therapy. However, in other cases only surgery is an option.
